You can now sync your eBay orders directly into TCG Quick Ship, buy shipping labels using TQS rates, and have tracking automatically pushed back to eBay. That means your buyers see tracking, your shipping SLAs are covered, and you're paying less to ship.
🔍 Filter Orders Before You Sync
Not every eBay order needs the same shipping treatment. That's why we built filtering directly into the sync step — so you decide exactly which orders come in.
Common use cases:
- PWEs under $50 — Grab only your low-value orders and use TCG Quick Ship's affordable tracked envelope service instead of paying eBay's higher postage rates.
- Non-machinables — eBay doesn't support non-machinable pricing. TQS does. Filter those orders in and ship them correctly.
- Orders in a specific value range — For example, pull in everything between $20–$50 to route them through a specific shipping tier.
You're in full control of which orders get imported and how they get shipped.
📦 Buy Labels at TCG Quick Ship Rates
Once your eBay orders are synced, they flow into your standard TQS label purchasing workflow — the same one you already use for TCGPlayer and Manapool orders.
That means:
- USPS Letters (PWEs) with real tracking
- Non-machinable envelopes — not available on eBay natively
- Ground Advantage Parcels — with optional insurance at TQS rates
- All your existing parcel presets, shipping defaults, and bulk purchasing tools work exactly as expected
🔁 Tracking Pushed Back to eBay Automatically
Once you purchase a label, TCG Quick Ship pushes the tracking number back to eBay on your behalf. All future tracking updates (in transit, delivered, etc.) are also sent back to eBay automatically as they occur.
Your buyer gets an eBay shipping notification. Your order shows as shipped. Your SLAs are covered.
No manual copy-paste. No logging into eBay to enter tracking numbers one at a time.
💰 Why This Matters for Your Margins
eBay's built-in label pricing is convenient, but it isn't always the cheapest option. TCG Quick Ship gives you access to rates that can be significantly lower — especially for:
- Plain white envelopes (PWEs) — track lower end orders that don't fall within eBay's Standard Envelope requirements, but still qualify for USPS Letter rates through TQS
- Non-machinable items — ship multi-card orders and other non-machinable packages at the correct rates instead of risking it with eBay's Standard Envelope rates
- 3.5 oz - You can now ship items that weigh 3.5oz affordable with TQS rates for Letters
- Insured parcels — shipping insurance through TQS is often more affordable than eBay's offering, depending on your package type

🚀 How to Get Started
- Navigate to Process Orders in your sidebar.
- Select eBay as your marketplace source.
- Set your order filters (value range, date range, etc.) to pull in exactly the orders you want.
- Click Sync Orders — your filtered eBay orders will appear in your queue.
- Pick your cards and then click Ship Orders.
- Review the parcel details and purchase your labels at TCG Quick Ship rates.
- Press the Sync with eBay button to push tracking back to eBay immediately.
- eBay orders are now updated with tracking information automatically. Done.
- Finish packing your orders after downloading your labels and packing slips.
