Support for Multiple Store Addresses

Pro and advanced tier subscribers can now create and switch between multiple store return addresses when printing labels.

🏢 Multiple Store Locations

If you run multiple seller storefronts, operate out of different fulfillment locations, or just need separate return addresses for different marketplaces, this update is for you.

We now support adding Multiple Stores to your account! Depending on your subscription plan, you can save and easily swap between different default return/origin addresses.


How It Works

  1. Navigate to your Shipping Settings page.
  2. Under the new Stores/Locations section, you can add additional addresses (subject to your plan limits).
  3. Set your primary storefront as the "Default Store."
  4. When packing an order or purchasing a standalone label, use the Ship From (Your Store) dropdown to easily switch the return address on the fly.

This ensures that no matter where your physical inventory is shipping from, your customers see the correct business details and return address on their packages. Standard accounts can leverage a single default store, while Pro and Business accounts can take advantage of multiple storefronts!
