Add insurance during label purchase
When you're ready to purchase a label for a Ground Advantage order, you can choose to add insurance directly on the label creation screen. We'll automatically calculate the cost based on the order's declared value.

Filing a Claim
In the rare event of loss or damage, you can file a claim directly through PIP. Their process is streamlined for TCG sellers.
Instructions:
- Visit the PIP Claim Form
- Enter your shipment and claim details
- When asked for the Policy Number, use: 18058
