Shopify app billing
The TCG QuickShip app is free to install and free to use. The only thing you pay for is the shipping labels you buy.
What Shopify charges
Nothing. Installing the app adds no line to your Shopify bill, and the app never creates a charge or subscription through Shopify. Uninstalling it from your Shopify admin stops the store from sending orders to Quick Ship and ends nothing else.
What the app includes
Every feature for shipping your Shopify orders is included at no cost: importing unfulfilled orders, grouping them for picking, packing slips, buying and printing labels, and sending tracking back to Shopify to mark orders fulfilled.
What you pay for: labels
Labels are paid from a prepaid postage balance in your Quick Ship account, which you top up by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Each label’s cost is shown before you buy it and is made up of:
- Postage, charged at the carrier’s rate.
- A $0.12 label fee, which our label provider, Pitney Bowes, charges for generating the label, verifying the address and rating the shipment. We pass it through at cost.
- Optional shipping insurance, only if you add it to a package, from our partner PIP Insurance. The price is shown next to each order before you buy; see the Shipping Insurance Terms.
